Refund
Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Promiqora Reach handles cancellations, payment reversals, deposits, completed work, and refund eligibility for strategy, creative, automation, CRM, funnel, landing page, and related digital service engagements.

Effective April 13, 2026
Applies To Paid Services
Provider Promiqora Reach

Because our work involves time, strategy, consulting, custom systems, implementation, and project-specific production, refunds are limited and depend on the stage of the engagement, the type of service purchased, and the amount of work already performed.

01

General Refund Principles

The baseline commercial logic that applies to paid work and custom engagements.

01

Custom Work Basis

Most services provided by Promiqora Reach are custom, labor-based, and project-specific, which makes them generally non-refundable once work has started.

02

Case-by-Case Review

Any refund request is reviewed individually based on project stage, deliverables produced, access granted, and work already performed.

03

No Automatic Refund Right

Payment alone does not create an automatic right to a refund, especially where planning, analysis, design, writing, system setup, or implementation has begun.

04

Written Scope Controls

The proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement may define additional or different refund rules that control the engagement.

02

Deposits, Cancellations & Milestones

How prepayments, reservation fees, and stage-based work are treated.

05

Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable because they reserve production capacity, planning time, and project scheduling resources.

06

Client Cancellation

If you cancel after work has begun, you may remain responsible for the value of completed work, partially completed work, and reserved project time.

07

Milestone Billing

Amounts already billed for completed milestones, approved stages, or delivered work are generally non-refundable.

08

Unused Future Work

In limited cases, undelivered future work that has not been started may be eligible for partial credit or partial refund at our discretion.

03

When Refunds Are Not Available

Situations where commercial reversal is generally not supported.

09

Change of Mind

Refunds are generally not issued for a simple change of mind after strategic or production work has started.

10

Subjective Preference

Refunds are generally not available solely because you prefer a different direction, aesthetic, tone, or commercial approach after work begins.

11

Client Delay or Non-Cooperation

Refunds are generally not available where the project is delayed, impaired, or made unusable due to missing assets, blocked access, or lack of client response.

12

Third-Party Platform Issues

Refunds are not issued for issues caused by third-party tools, software restrictions, bans, API changes, hosting failures, or platform policy changes outside our control.

04

Request Process & Final Conditions

How refund requests are submitted, reviewed, and finalized.

13

Request Submission

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with enough detail for us to identify the project, payment, and basis of the request.

14

Review Factors

We may review work completed, time invested, approvals, files delivered, access granted, milestone status, and the original commercial terms.

15

Approved Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method within a commercially reasonable processing period.

16

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us first so the matter can be reviewed in good faith. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting project records.
